1. Refund Eligibility

• Wrong product delivered

• Product missing from package

Refund is not applicable on:

• Opened seals

• Consultation fees

• Personalized treatment kits

2. Return Conditions

To return a product:

• It must be unopened and unused

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Original packaging must be intact

3. Refund Processing

Once the product is inspected:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method

• It may take 5–7 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened treatment kits

• Used hair serums, tablets, capsules

• Health & personal-care items (due to hygiene reasons)
